- Hormone/Pellet Evaluation: 1st Provider Visit (60-80 Min)
- Blood Draw for Specialty Labwork
- Lab Review & Treatment Plan Discussion: 2nd Provider Visit (60 Min)
- Pellet Insertion Procedure with Pellet Medication: 3rd Visit (30 Min)
Cherry Financing options available, upon approval, for payments made in full or Payment Installments accepted as follows:
- *$249 deposit due at time of scheduling first visit
- $525 installment due at time of scheduling 2nd visit
- $525 balance due at time of scheduling 3rd visit
+Pellet Re-Insertion & Follow-Up Labs for Established Patients $899
Includes
- Blood Draw for Specialty Labwork
- Lab Review & Continued Treatment Discussion: Provider Visit (40 Min)
- Pellet Insertion Procedure & Pellet Medication (30 Min)
+Most Patients will need to be re-treated approximately every 3-4 months based on symptoms & blood test results.
Cherry Financing options available, upon approval, for payments made in full or Payment Installments accepted as follows:
- *$449.50 deposit due at time of blood draw visit
- $449.50 balance due at time of scheduling pellet re-insertion visit
Please note: We are unable to accept insurance for this treatment protocol. Supplying your own lab results or seeking to put lab orders through your insurance will incur a substantial cost to you directly from the lab and will not result in a price-reduction of our above bundled fee.
